The cost of things at the Istanbul Grand Bazaar-?

I live in America and I may be going to Istanbul. Can anyone give me an idea, in American dollars, of the best price I can get for things like scarves, pillow covers, t-shirts, etc. at the Grand Bazaar? You have to bargain, right?
