Did every decide to be gay, in the same way that I decided to become black?

There is a 'black gene' but there is no 'gay' gene. Think about it; can gay couples make babies? Are all gay people children of gay people? It is not genetic. They are not born gay. It is a choice. People can be born with a genetic "tendency" toward a certain weakness. Alcoholism is a good example. My Dad was alcoholic and it is said to be a disease and to be genetic. But, guess what; I am not alcoholic because I have trusted God to give me victory over that tendency. Saying they can't help it is a cop-out to say they were born that way. I could have used the cop-out and become an alcoholic and said I couldn't help it; but I chose not to do that.
