Stylistically, Floyd is at a disadvantage. As good as a counterpuncher he is, that Frazier-like style will not let Floyd counter much. Floyd will have to stay away and outbox him using speed, NOT counters. Floyd does well when his opponents don't swarm over. But his defense will prevent him from gtting KO'd. The Hawk UD.
