I had a dream that i was pregnant..?

..last night & it was so real. in the dream i was feeling really woozy & nausea like i was gonna p out & my boyfriend had already been saying that i was pregnant so he took me to the emergency room to see if i was. in the room there was him, & his wholeeee family like waiting anxiously lol. we all were hoping that i was.. so the doctor came in & did a ultra sound.. he found a heart beat that wasn't mine & located the baby. he told all of us congratulations.. we were so happy. & dreams are always weird so it skipped to when i had already the baby out of the hospital & i went to my boyfriend's grandmother's house, she was the most excited one lol. i had the baby in a covered in a car seat, sat it on the bed & when i took the blanket off it was a girl :) she was really pretty & healthy looking. could this mean something? i'm only a week late for my period but this dream just really opened my eyes a bit.
