Pls help?my dog has a high level of potium?

This level is to high to be believable.High potium is most common in renal failure but also improperly drawn or handled blood specimens will cause blood hemolysis and the rbcs release potium artificially raising the level.What did your vet say about it?If the answer was not satisfactory time for a new vet
