I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but especially in businesses, a big problem in computer and information security is to strike a right balance between security, usability and costs. More secure products and procedures often make systems harder and more complex to use. Thirdly, security products, consulting and related things like training employees etc are expensive. So it can be sometimes said that while some decision would make a company more secure, it would not be worth the money and lost employee productivity.
