What are some nice places to stop during our trip?

For my sweet sixteen we are driving down to Orlando, Florida (from the New York City Area) and I'm a major history, buff I freaking love history so what are some places we can stop at with historical significance that would be good for family? I have 3 younger brothers one will be 15 the others just about 2. My 20-ish year old cousins will also be there I believe. It doesn't have to be just history places though, things like the Crayola Factory or Hershey Park would be nice too since my family isn't that into history as I am. So basically what are some nice places to go visit that wouldn't cost too much money since we'll be going to Disney World and all those other ones as well. Thankyou[:
