I have enamel loss on almost all of my teeth and need 12 caps. I have already had 2 caps done previously and they recommended gold because I am a clencher/grinder. The dentist I am using now is going to do porcelain zirconium caps, and I want to for the fronts, but should I still use the gold caps for the back teeth? Which one is better? I know the zirconium makes it stronger but will there still be a higher chance of cracking, breaking?
