Your daily dose of ecnomic panic . . .?

There is truth to what you say. Where I am at, the increase in the number of foreclosures hitting the market has not increased enough to match what I would expect. The person that I deal with in real estate agrees that certain banks are doing tricks to conceal the problem and delay the final outcome. Basically, not taking the loss now and hoping for help later. It would be interesting to know the increase of the banks non-performing loans and see if that would explain where they are hiding these future foreclosures. While I agree they aren't legally forced to foreclose, they can't keep holding on forever and increasing the non-performing without other problems occurring.
