How do you open a real estate office in Illinois?

I have a friend who just got his Illinois Real Estate Broker license. He wants to know how to start his own office. Does he need to apply for an office business license?? He wants to open as a sole proprietor not a corporation or llc. What form does he need to fill out?? He can't find any on idfpr.com, just forms for llc and corps.
