Where can i get a cheap baby paintbrush on neopets?

None of the paintbrushes are cheap. Play KeyQuest a lot and you'll eventually have enough to get one off of the trading post. KeyQuest also gives you paintbrushes occasionally, you can usually sell them and/or trade them to get better ones.
