Can cilantro & basil survive a heat over 100 degrees? If not, what can? I wanna plant some herbs and it's hot?

After the lecture, the answer to your question is: Basil is a heat lover and once established will do well in hot weather. Cilantro, on the other hand, is a cool weather plant and above about seventy five degrees f. will bolt and go to seed.
