What is the better beginner longboard?

I have done my researching and I have found out that people like the tls basic. What I couldn't decide was which measure. I hear some people say that they like the longer one and other say shorter is better for beginners. So which is it? Also if there is any other long board that is better than this please tell. Also my price range is under $200.
