Is this and ingrown toenail?

im 15 and i think i may have one. I wore a pair of 3 inch boots for 2weeks (maybe 3 days in 1 week each) and i noticed i was getting a blister so I popped it and it had pss coming from it. Then i noticed maybe 4-5 days later it started to bleed. My mom said it may be an ingrown toenail because it hurts like crazy and its a dot of blood there. When i touch it it hurts and a tiny bit of the skin around it is light purple, What could it be and how do i remove it at home?
