Why is Brock Lesnar second in Sherdog's MMA ranking?

Sherdog's ranking is based on opponents' performances, among others. To beat a fighter with a poor record scores few points. To beat a top fighter with a good record scores lots of points. The ranking is not judgmental, it is mathematical, each fighter being ranked on his own merit, based on the same criteria.
